My experience at this aspen dental was amazing. From the kind and informative phone call, to the smooth check in process, to the great dental staff. The dentist was very informative about everything. I was able to get a cleaning the same day which was awesome. The manager, Will explained costs in a simple way that made me feel very at ease. I will be coming back to the Attleboro location for all my dental needs.
Teeth are beautiful, but when I asked them to reline them they refused. I had bought the top of the line and asked several times when I was having them made if they would reline them because I knew I was going to lose weight and was told yes. Now they won't I would have got the basic dentures if they had been honest and would have been happy to get another pair when I couldn't wear these anymore. Now nothing.
I booked an appointment online as an emergency due to tooth pain. I received excellent care and service, however the wrong tooth was extracted ( my fault) and when I realized that I still had tooth pain when i went home, I went right back to the Aspen Dental center only to be told that they could not be seen till the next day. I was heading away on business and needed immediate service and had to go elsewhere. That being said, my $11,000 future procedures to have full dentures installed won't be with Aspen Dental. It is unacceptable in my opinion that they couldn't squeeze me in to extract the problem tooth.
Honestly! Wish I can give the team at Aspen Dental in Attleboro 10 stars! From beginning to end everything was as smooth as room temperature butter! From the kind gentleman at the front desk to the doctor and their staff!
Had an extraction of a wisdom tooth this morning, Doctor Matthew was so warm and easy with me and she felt my nervousness a mile away but she was very nurturing and comforting!
Highly recommend! Lovely staff, great environment but most of all great experience!
Everyone was so patient and understanding. Each individual I met explained everything that was going to happen during my visit. I love this place! Yesterday was my first visit there and now on I am going to keep all of my dental needs in their hands.
Great service, my appointment was for 8:45 in the morning on a Saturday. They had me out in 45 mins,great service, great prices answered all my questions honestly, customer service was amazing. I worried about the reviews I saw online . But my scale of service surpassed that and some . I highly recommend they where great from the first call to me,to being Greeted at the front desk. To examine to running me thru pricing. I'd recommend this place to anyone. I had my reserves but they where great. Thanks again
I woke up with horrible tooth pain & knew I needed an emergency extraction. They were able to get me an appointment within 2 hours, and less than 2 hours after that my tooth was out & I’m out of pain! Everyone was super nice & helpful too. I was very nervous but it was a great experience!
I recently had 6 teeth extracted at the Attleboro office. Dr. Mathew was awesome!!! She completed the procedure extremely proficiently and quickly. Her bed side manner was outstanding, the entire time she kept ensuring me that things were going well and kept me abreast of what she was doing. The entire team at the Attleboro office made me feel that I was being well cared for and comfortable from the moment I arrived until I walked out the door. I could not have been more pleased with the care and service they provided and will certainly recommend this office to my friends and family.
